Hollandaise! Except.... I didn't have any lemons. So i used a wrinkly old lime. And I didn't have any cream, so I used a little milk instead. Still... pretty good. The right texture and everything. (I used the Edmond's recipe) Very rich though.
Also enjoying "african autumn" tea. Cranberry, orange, red bush. Mmmm. I had to bring my little teapot out of retirement, as 1 teabag makes 2 cups!
